Developing a High Performance Team

Who is it for?

Established team leaders who want to take their team to a higher level of performance

Those on the course will:

  1. Understand what constitutes a high performing team and what makes it effective
  2. Identify the different roles that exist in a team
  3. Understand how to develop each individual to maximise their impact
  4. Know how to increase the effectiveness of their team
  5. Identify how to improve their leadership of the team

What will be covered?

  • Team roles
  • The strengths and weaknesses of each role
  • High and Low performing teams – their features
  • Effective leadership styles
  • Identify which leadership styles are most effective
  • Your own preferred styles
  • Putting it into practice

Participants will develop an action plan to work on an identified aspect of team development.
